You can call rent banks
if you meet these criteria:
You are living with
and supporting children
16 or younger (single
or two parent families);
You are not more
than two months in
arrears on your rent;
The rent you pay is not more than 70% of
your gross income;
Your eviction papers
have been served;
You are able to
pay rent after the
loan (rent has to
be sustainable); and
