Humanitarian Issues Program (HIP) -- promotes humanitarian values and international humanitarian law

Settlement services -- assistance to refugee claimants

Disaster Management -- assistance to individuals and community groups in emergencies and disasters, including fire victims

First aid services -- basic and advanced first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training
