  1. Build and test database application
  2. Prepare fact sheet for volunteers explaining purpose.
  3. Demonstrate functionality of application to board and get approval.
  4. E-mail application form to all volunteer and board members. (a) follow-up reminders to non-respondents 2 weeks after initial mailing.
  5. Query database for different task/skill groups
  6. Utilize different skill sets for recruiting members to appropriate new and existing sub-committees and relevant office tasks.
  7. Based on identified gaps, recruit new volunteers with required skill sets.
  8. Add scheduling function
