Employment Support for Persons with Disabilities -- vocational counselling and employment planning employment preparation services with community-based work trials and job placement job coaching and job maintenance self employment workshop group programs to enhance personal and vocational growth focus on Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) Employment Supports Program clients
