Site Support Services -- support to tenants and staff in various housing settings to maintain tenants' health and independence Case Management Services -- comprehensive intensive case management for individuals with long term mental health problems, including men with histories of homelessness, residents of designated supported housing and adults with acquired brain injuries Court Support Services -- for individuals with mental health problems in conflict with the law on a minor offence
Geriatric Mental Health Services -- rehabilitation and case management for individuals 65 years and over with mental health/emotional problems that interfere with independent living, as well as anyone with dementia associated with aging Network Therapy Services -- for individuals with long term mental health challenges and the people who are part of their social support network Developmental Services -- for transitional age youth with developmental disabilities Mental Health and Justice Initiative -- housing and support for persons with serious mental illness, current involvement with the criminal justice system, and homeless or potentially homeless
